Forest View Suite
This is a 2 bedroom suite consisting of the Enchanted Forest and Russian Rose bedrooms.  It's perfect for families with friends or kids who want more than 1 bed.  Each bedroom has a private bathroom, very comfortable furnishings with new bedding.  Great views of the forest, Big River Canyon and east Mendocino.  You can also get 1/2 the suite at about 1/2 the cost.  Each bedroom sleeps 2 people.
 Ocean View Suite
This is a 2 bedroom suite consisting of the Whale and Orca bedrooms.  It's perfect for families with friends or kids who want more than 1 bed.  Each bedroom has a private bathroom, very comfortable furnishings with new bedding.  Great views of the Ocean, Meadow, and Sunsets.  You can also get 1/2 the suite at about 1/2 the cost.  Each bedroom sleeps 2 people.

Grandma's Hide Away
Our most popular room and least expensive room.  Grandma always needs her space so this is a refuge from the rest of the house in a quite setting.  She liked nice bedding and had some unique tastes though.  This room has nice morning sun, a huge bed and private bath.  Sleeps 2.

Living Suites
The Admiral's Deck
features a large deck with beautiful ocean views and scenes of Mendocino.  There is a living room with TV/VCR/DVD, luxury chair and queen size sofa bed for 2 people.  There is a fully equipped kitchen and the bedroom features a king sized carved 4 poster rice bed with very elegant bedding.  You will need a ladder to enjoy this bed.  Watch whales and ships from this suite fit for an Admiral.  Sleeps 4.

 Presbyterian Views:
This is a 1 Bedroom Suite with fully equipped kitchen, a living room and private bath.  The bedroom has a nice view of the historic Presbyterian Church and is perfect for families with kids as there is a sofa bed in the living room.  The bedroom features a queen sized carved 4 poster rice bed with very elegant bedding.  There is also a TV/DVD/VCR in the living room.  You will need a ladder to enjoy this bed.  Sleeps 4.

Rent The Whole House:
Got a large party, family reunion, friendly get together or lots of friends?  You can rent the whole house and enjoy the comfort of friends and family.  This gives you access to 3 Kitchens, 3 Living Rooms, 2 queen size sofa beds, and 7 bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed and 6 with a queen size bed.  Plus, 7 bathrooms, 3 TV's, 2 VCR's and 3 DVD players and a laundry room.  9 beds all together so you can sleep as many as 18 people.
                            

Common Areas
The Hospitality Suite 
Socialize or relax in the Hospitality Room where you'll find HDTV, DVD, Library, and a comfortable sofa and sitting chairs. You'll also find a Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, Toaster, Toaster Oven and Hot Plate if you want to prepare your own food during the day or evening.  This is a public space available to all guests and where breakfast is served each morning.  The TV is on the Direct TV system and features over 150 stations.  Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Outdoor Gardens
There are a variety of places around the property for relaxing or enjoying the views.  Feel free to stroll by the frog pond in the back and relax on the Hippo Bench.  There is also another garden bench in the front of the property.
